2-Day Tour: Southern Hokkaido Sakura & Noboribetsu
Make the most of your trip to Hokkaido on a 2-Day Tour with HNT! After pick-up from your hotel in Sapporo, we’ll drive over the mountains to the Mt. Yotei region, for local products shopping, gelato ice cream & the Lake Toya’s best viewpoint at Silo Observatory. Lake Onuma is next with hundreds of small islets creating a fairytale scene at the foot of a towering volcano. After a quick stop at the kelp factory, we’ll revel in the incredible sakura viewing at Hakodate, with dozens of tree varieties on display, some centuries old. We’ll also ride the Mt. Hakodate ropeway for the nationally renowned night view from the summit. Overnight will be at Hakodate with breakfast included.
Day 2 will start with a visit to Hokkaido’s best seafood market, followed by historical sightseeing and another sakura viewing at Goryokaku Fort. After 3 hours driving back north, we’ll reach Noboribetsu Onsen’s geothermally active Hell Valley, including a hot spring lake, stream, waterfall & foot bath. From here it’s a further 2 hours back to Sapporo for drop-off at a location of your choice.
