2-Day Tour: Dogsledding, Noboribetsu & Lake Toya
Make the most of your trip to Hokkaido on a 2-Day Tour with us at HNT! After pick-up from your hotel in Sapporo, we’ll drive 1 hour south to Oiwake, the dogsledding site where you’ll experience mushing with a pack of mixed-huskies through snowy fields & forests on an exhilarating, multi-hour excursion. Following lunch according to your preferences, we’ll explore the remarkable Noboribetsu Hell Valley, one of the largest geo-active areas in Japan. We’ll overnight at an onsen hotel in Noboribetsu with dinner & breakfast included.
Day 2 will start with the adorable penguin parade at Marine Park Nixe, along with other marine life performances. After an exciting drive over a mountain pass, we’ll spend the afternoon at Lake Toya enjoying the lakeside promenade, the Mt. Usu-zan active volcano ropeway & crater rim, and other local sites. We’ll end this great 2-Day Tour with a hot springs bath at a 9th floor onsen overlooking Lake Toya, with quick stops for gelato and the iconic crater rim views of Lake Toya on route to drop-off in Sapporo. We hope your tour with us will be the highlight of your winter adventures in Hokkaido!
